Brian Tooley Racing, Inc. is an online auto parts retailer providing top quality performance parts. The company sells to a wide cross-section of customers both domestically and across the globe. The company was established by Brian Tooley in 2012 in response to specific customers' demands that were going unfulfilled in the marketplace.

Prairie worked closely with the management team and sellers, providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
