Jon chose to move his business to KW Legacy because of the brokerage's focus and track record of success in agent productivity, growth, and leadership development. In addition to moving his team to the company, Jon has also joined KW Legacy's Executive Leadership Team as a Productivity Coach.

Jon's transition from eXp Realty to KW Legacy is a surprise to many. Spending the first 7 years of his career at KW shaped his mindset, habits, and disciplines, and after a relatively brief time at a cloud-based company, he discovered that being in an isolated environment without physical access to KW leadership, top producing colleagues, and technology was extremely limiting for his growth goals and personal fulfillment. Jon found that spending even more time behind a computer screen and less time physically connecting with powerful professionals was extremely detrimental to his energy and results.

Jon has seven years of experience selling real estate in the Baltimore metro, with over 300 homes sold in this time. He built The Kirk Home Group as his business rapidly expanded, and the company serves buyers, sellers and investors. Jon is passionate about making an impact - in his family, community, and business.
