TEPSBEST restaurants currently include both Trackside Station Grill & Bar and GARLÍC Prime Steak & Seafood, and is expanding to new markets. With their team of specialists and well-rounded industry experience, they have ignited a buzz and excitement over the debut of their new dining destination coming to the Pocono Mountains in 2019, Bite Grill & Bar.

For more than 7 years, Michael and Diane have been at the helm of the ever-growing Trackside Station Grill & Bar in East Stroudsburg. Trackside is the leading restaurant in in area serving the best wings, burgers and sandwiches. With a lively atmosphere, live music every weekend, monthly tap takeovers and an innovative menu, it is not surprise that it is a must-have dining destination experience. With Trackside's continued success, in 2013 Michael & Diane were inspired and opened GARLÍC in Stroudsburg. Since its inception, GARLÍC has witnessed strong, consistent growth with their modern approach and fresh takes on concept menus. It is now, after 5 years, the powerhouse couple is at it again and has secured a third full service location within The Carriage House, in Pocono Manor. The TEPSBEST Restaurant Group prides themselves in redefining the culinary expectations in the Poconos and are pleased to announce their latest addition to the family, an AMEX, American Mexican, family-friendly concept with a twist, Bite Grill & Bar.

Bite will bring a unique family dining experience, located next to the Kalahari convention center and indoor waterpark. You can expect high quality, fresh ingredients, daily specials, and a lively atmosphere. Guests will be able to design their own signature tacos from a fresh ingredients checklist and choose from a variety of crave worthy bites. In addition to a full bar, a vast array of tequilas, mezcals, and Spanish wines will be readily poured and crafted for exotic cocktails.
