Tanju has a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering and 26 years of experience in information technology, 16 years with Microsoft and 12 years in services management. He has experience with hiring, building and managing local and international teams as well as business metrics, financial forecasting, budgeting, business planning and more. He also played professional basketball when he was young and, more recently, took a year off from his information technology career to study and pursue his passion for jazz music. Through his career, Tanju said his biggest strength has been building highly-motivated and successful teams, which is something he's looking forward to doing with Home Helpers. He's also excited about using technology to improve senior care. In fact, a new approach to developing innovative services for seniors Tanju envisioned was recently recognized as the top winner at the Digital Health Forum in Zurich.
