Southern Ocean Chamber honors National Veterans Small Business Week

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - Oct. 31, 2018 - PRLog -- The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to support their commitment to helping our nation's military service members start their own businesses. Through their partnership Google, they are able to share and provide resources on how veteran business owners can promote their businesses and stand out. In honor of National Veterans Small Business Week taking place November 5th-9th, the chamber encourages veteran owned businesses to reach out or stop into the Chamber Visitor Center for a free presentation packet. The packets are filled with information designed to help your business stand out!

The presentation deck will introduce and explain tools and resources made available to service members, military spouses and veterans. Among the several tools and resources available, Google also recently announced a new feature in Google My Business dedicated to helping Veteran-Led businesses stand out on Google Search and Maps. This will be introduced and broken down within the presentation packet.
