Founded in 2000, Super Soccer Stars is the largest grassroots program in New York City, and also features locations in 24 cities in 13 different states reaching 150,000 children. The mission is to focus on a healthy lifestyle and basic athletic skills development while having fun and building self-confidence and teamwork. Soccer Super Stars' custom coaching and player development modules are designed for players from 12 months up to 8 years of age and various skill levels. Geisler spent the first ten years of his career at Everlast, the 118-year old half a billion dollar global fitness and lifestyle brand. He has held positions in marketing, merchandising and eventually President of business, where he led the brand's wholesale and licensing divisions globally to over $55M in wholesale sales (4 year 15% CAGR) and $18M in licensing income. Adam later went on to help lead the start-up MISSION, the sports performance accessory company. He then went on to Authentic Brands Group, one of the largest brand management and licensing companies in the industry to manage their sports portfolio that includes Prince, Spyder, and Airwalk - which represented over $1B in retail sales.
