Esse Health Recognized as a 2018 Healthiest Employer Finalist

Esse Health was a finalist in the large employer category. Its wellness program was measured on six key categories, which included foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, reporting and analytics, and leadership commitment.

The Healthiest Employers award recognizes local organizations that commit to making wellness a priority and proactively shape the health of their employees through innovative programs that go beyond traditional wellness screenings and lunch-and-learn sessions. Now in its eighth year, nearly 75 local organizations completed applications for consideration in this years' Healthiest Employer award.
