Terri Russell joins Stevens Construction Inc

ORLANDO, Fla. - Nov. 19, 2018 - PRLog -- Terri Russell has joined Stevens Construction as project manager, announced Troy Hernly, vice president, central Florida.

Russell will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of health care projects during all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects maintain budget and schedule. Russell will also work closely with the design team to provide value engineering suggestions, constructability analysis, as well as negotiate and award vendor contracts, conduct owner/subcontractor meetings and monitor the construction team.

Russell brings 18 years of health care construction, equipment planning and purchasing experience to Stevens Construction. She previously served as a project manager for Adventist Health System managing projects ranging from $5M to $60M.
