ISBR ranked as a 'Platinum Institute' third year in a row under AICTE- CII Survey 2018

BANGALORE, India - Nov. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- ISBR (International School of Business and Research) is one of the distinguished recipients of Platinum Ranking for the third consecutive year as per the AICTE Survey 2018. ISBR is proud to be part of the mammoth survey conducted by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) for the year 2018. This marathon online survey lasted 110 days – between 4th July and 20th August 2018. The survey spanned 8 geographical zones and the objective scores were compiled and received on 28th August.

With 9581 institutes participating in 4 streams in the initial survey, just 3659 were shortlisted for the Full Survey. Of these, only 755 institutions participated in the Full Survey, although the submissions were 2652. The results were declared on October 5, 2018.

The survey included interactions of the institutions with industry on a regular basis and took into account the number of companies they were in touch within the past 2 years. It also touched upon the student visits (internships) and the time spent by experts with students and faculty. There was a total of 13 such questions in the survey and only those institutes that fulfilled the mandatory 7 parameters were invited to participate in the Full Survey.

ISBR belongs to the elite list of institutes that have fulfilled important parameters like 80% of the students going for internships in industry. ISBR has worked with the mandatory 100 or more companies in the past 2 years, which is above the average of 98. ISBR has distinguished itself by being part of the 755 institutes that participated in the Full Survey, and figures in the 19% of the institutes (145 institutes) that come in the Platinum category.

A total of 289 management institutes, comprising established and emerging categories participated in the AICTE Survey. ISBR figures among the 173 established category institutions. ISBR has the distinct advantage of being in the established category by virtue of having offered programs/disciplines for more than the mandatory 10 years as on 1 August 2018.
