Daughter of Holocaust and A-bomb survivors tells parents' story to seniors at Regency Oaks Clearwater

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Nov. 29, 2018 - PRLog -- Inspirational Speaker, Roslyn Franken, presents a multi-media presentation about her parents' life story as told in her book, Meant To Be, on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 2:00pm at Regency Oaks Clearwater, 2720 Regency Oaks Boulevard Clearwater, FL 33759. This event is free and open to the public. Roslyn will be available for book signing and meet and greet immediately following the presentation.

In her heartfelt and engaging speaking style, Roslyn Franken reveals the unforgettable true story of how her parents, John and Sonja Franken, two unlikely survivors of WWII, survive unimaginable cruelty in the most extraordinary of circumstances and find everlasting love against all odds - John survived the Nagasaki atomic bomb as a Prisoner of War in Japan, while Sonja survived the concentration camps in Nazi Europe. Roslyn also shares the positive life lessons she learned from her parents as the daughter of survivors that we can all learn from to better our own lives and make our world a better place.

Her parents' story was the subject of a Gemini award-nominated television documentary and a movie adaptation of her book, Meant to Be, is currently in development for production as a feature film.
