Ms. Pierson has extensive experience working with corporate fiduciaries, trustees, executors, and estate and trust beneficiaries in fiduciary disputes.

Ms. Pierson earned a Masters of Accountancy in 1998 from The University of Alabama. She later went on to earn her J.D. from Southern Illinois University.  Ms. Pierson began her legal career working in small firms where she gained exposure to many different areas of the law. Ms. Pierson knew she had found her calling when she worked on her first fiduciary litigation case and has been litigating fiduciary matters ever since.
