Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Astle will draw on his 30+ years of experience working with global, iconic Fortune 500 businesses—including Bloomberg, Oracle, Cisco, eBay, Cognizant, FICO, PayPal and many others—to counsel the firm's clients on matters of corporate character, leadership and business transformation.

Astle has helped drive change efforts for many of the world's leading organizations as both an in-house executive and an external consultant. He possesses a deep understanding of the cross-functional work required to align a company's strategy, structure, culture and brand to accelerate business performance. As senior vice president and managing consultant at Text 100 Corporation, he provided strategic and corporate communications consulting to C-level executives in the technology, healthcare, energy and financial services industries.

Prior to Text 100, Astle led the communication and corporate marketing functions for FICO, the analytics software company, where he successfully helped navigate the organization through the global economic downturn and executed a multi-tiered corporate rebranding strategy to capitalize on changing market dynamics. A member of FICO's M&A diligence team, he led all internal and external communications surrounding eight acquisitions, five divestitures and five reductions in force. Steve also has held numerous senior management positions at consulting and PR agencies, where he focused on global marketing, communications and public policy campaigns to effect behavior change.

Astle holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Louis University and master's and post-master's degrees in counseling psychology from Springfield College in Massachusetts. He is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and serves on the board of the Stanford Alumni Consulting Team.
