DALLAS - Dec. 20, 2018 - PRLog -- As the holiday season winds down and focus is on New Year's resolutions, Dallas/Fort Worth women will come together for the 3rd Annual Dallas Women's Success Initiative on March 29-30, 2019 at the Dallas Public Library, J. Erik Jonsson Branch located at 1515 Young St, Dallas, Texas 75201 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The 2019 Conference theme is "How Can I Be A Better Sister in the Sisterhood".

The Dallas Women's Success Initiative or DWSI is the first and only innovative action-planning conference in the DFW metroplex. The conference features interactive panel discussions and facilitated purpose, financial, knowledge, goal-building, inheritance, personal and professional development workshops to enrich, educate, and elevate which is the DWSI's E3 model. The innovative event celebrates Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex women, provides a plethora of information, and creates an empowering atmosphere with experts within reach, networking, and mentorship opportunities. Attendees receive inspiration, motivation, valuable information and action plans to use in their personal and professional lives.

Studies have shown that seventy-two percent of women surveyed seek an interactive collaborative experience to enrich and promote their personal and professional development. With positive interactions in professional environments falling short in the face of job security, competition, and lack of opportunities, the DWSI closes the gap with its innovative and sisterhood-centered model. The DWSI offers an annual membership for Individuals and Professionals to continue professional development all year round.

The DWSI is an initiative created by the Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation's Founder and Executive Director, A'Mera Frieman, to openly address negative conflicts and interactions of women, as well as, increase positive personal and professional development. Stopping the Madness is a nonprofit that focuses on providing antibullying training and community resources for individuals and families affected by bullying. SMAF is in its third year providing the unique DWSI conference designed to bring DFW women together to network, educate, and empower each other to live their best life.

Facilitators and Panelists for the 2019 conference include: A'Mera Frieman, Jeanine Tillman, Chris and Troylene Moyer, Trish Patterson, Meko Krout, Jaymee Estrada, Cratina Webb, Patricia Tatum, Oni Colston, Diana Castañeda, Karletha Gundy, Felicia Guimont, K.C. Fox, Shana Mims, Jonyelle Mayes-Buchanan, Cassandra Cole, Stephanie Allen, and more.
