DALLAS - Jan. 6, 2020 - PRLog -- As the holiday season winds down and the focus is on New Year's resolutions, Dallas/Fort Worth women will open 2020 with the 4th Annual Dallas Women's Success Initiative on March 13-14, 2020 at the Dallas Public Library, J. Erik Jonsson Central Library located at 1515 Young St, Dallas, Texas 75201 with the DWSI Conference opening at 1pm on Friday, March 13th and the full Conference day activities on Saturday, March 14th. The 2020 DWSI Conference theme is "B.E.I.N.G. the Best Sister That I Can Be".

The Dallas Women's Success Initiative or DWSI is the first and only innovative action-planning conference in the DFW metroplex. The DWSI 2020 conference features interactive panel discussions and facilitated financial, home buyers, knowledge, and inheritance personal and professional development workshops to enrich, educate, and elevate, which is the DWSI's E3 model. The innovative event celebrates Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex women, provides a wealth of information, and creates an empowering atmosphere with experts within reach, networking, and mentorship opportunities. Attendees receive inspiration, motivation, valuable information and action plans to use in their personal and professional lives.

The DWSI 2020 Conference will also hold its inaugural and innovative "Day Gala" to honor and celebrate three women with the DWSI Phenomenal Sister Award. The gala will be held at 4:00pm in the O'Hara Hall of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library immediately after DWSI Conference opening activities.

With positive interactions in professional environments falling short in the face of job insecurity, competition, and lack of opportunities, the DWSI Conference helps to close the gap with its innovative and sisterhood-centered model.

The DWSI is an initiative created by the Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation's Founder and Executive Director, Professor A'Mera Frieman, to openly address negative perceptions and interactions of women, as well as, increase positive personal and professional development. Stopping the Madness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on providing antibullying training and community resources for individuals and families affected by bullying. SMAF is in its fourth year providing the unique DWSI conference designed to bring DFW women together to network, educate, and empower each other to live their best life.

Facilitators and Panelists for the 2020 will be announced via the DWSI website, dallaswsi.org in January.

The 2019 Dallas Women's Success Initiative is currently sponsored by the Dallas Public Library, ALS Creations, and Friedom Innovation. Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are available.
