Management team acquires McCarl's Inc. from Talen Energy

PITTSBURGH - Jan. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- McCarl's Inc. ("McCarl's"), a diversified industrial construction and mechanical services company headquartered in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, announced today that their CEO, Ken Burk, and CFO, Chris Boston, through their holding company, Arc Industrial Services Inc., have completed the purchase of 100% of McCarl's stock.

Established in 1946, McCarl's has been recognized as a leader in process piping construction and maintenance services for many top industrial companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.  With offices and pipe fabrication facilities in Beaver Falls, Washington and Muncy, Pennsylvania and Cadiz, Ohio, McCarl's serves energy, chemical, heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, shale gas, steel and water treatment clients for capital expansion projects as well as outages and turnaround maintenance services.  McCarl's is also a partner in Great Arrow Builders LLC, a venture involved in the construction of the Shell Pennsylvania Polymers project in Monaca.
