Giovannone specializes in labor and employment law, representing employers in an array of employment law matters – from single plaintiff to class-based wage/hour, contract, discrimination, harassment, and licensing litigation, as well as traditional labor proceedings. He has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including education, childcare, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, communications and financial services. Giovannone has made it his mission to treat his clients like family and is proud to have grown alongside many longstanding clients over the years.

In addition to serving on numerous business and bar associations, the father of three serves on the board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Southern California & Nevada Chapter, and on the AYSO board for Region 214 (San Marino/South Pasadena).  He previously served on the board for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Los Angeles Chapter.
