You are amazing with all our patients. We can't say enough about you!" To a Friendly Visitor Volunteer: "Because of you, patients experience a rare kind of generosity. Not only are you thoughtful with the items you bring, such as hand-picked flowers from your garden, but you are so completely faithful with your gift of time and attention. You provide gentle encouragement to patients and families." To an Office Support Volunteer: "Snowlines bereaved family members receive healing through the Hope Series mailings you prepare each month. You do this important work so faithfully and are incredibly thorough. Thank you for spreading hope and healing to the bereaved in our community. It makes such a difference!"
