Tile Outlets of America Now 100% Employee Owned

ATLANTA - Jan. 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Tile Outlets of America has become 100% employee-owned upon the sale of the remaining stake held in the company by Don Aronin, CEO and majority shareholder, and other minority shareholders to the Tile Outlets of America Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP").

"This milestone event represents the culmination of my goal to have the Tile Outlets of America employees own 100% of the company through the ESOP," says Don Aronin. Operationally, there will be no changes in the management of the company. Don Aronin will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, Warren Lampert as President & Chief Financial Officer, Michele Hoover as Vice President – Operations and Kathryn Spencer as Vice President – Purchasing & Business Development.

Tile Outlets of America became employee-owned in September 2016 when a partial sale took place.
