Some of yall might remember his Iate Uncle Austin Leslie Owner and CHEF of the world famous "CHEZ HELENE'S" Restaurant in New Orleans LA !
This Guy..this wonderfully talented CHEF  is a True Visionary for real when it comes to this Culinary Arts thing..He Dream it, then bring it to the PLATE!..
He is  Cordon Bleu trained, but. more Importantly is his inherited ability to see food in a different way from the rest of us normal human beings lol..again, Mr. Nailer is like a prodigy having grown up and around one of the finest, most respected and revered culinary minds in the cooking world in his Late uncle Austin Leslie..But make no mistake this gentle giant is carving his own path..Blazing his own colorful, flavorful, savory,spicy,succulent path into the hearts of all who dare wander into the plates that come from the mind of this dreamer of culinary delicacies that are both simple, daring and exclusive all rolled into..kinda like the Artist Himself.
I only give him these four words of not so sage advice!
