Faith Battles Awarded First Ever AFS Children's Guardian Award for Lifetime of Service

Award to be Presented at AFS 40th Anniversary Gala later this month.
 
SANTA ROSA, Calif. - Feb. 5, 2019 - PRLog -- Alternative Family Services (AFS) is proud to announce that Faith M. Battles, MSW, former AFS case worker and currently the Division Director for Eligibility, Transition & Placement Services at the Alameda County Department of Children & Family Services, is the recipient of the first ever AFS' Children's Guardian Award. This inaugural award, which will be presented annually, presented by the Board of Directors of AFS, is intended to honor those who have supported children and families in their life and work.
