Alternative Family Services Hosts Charity Golf Tournament to Benefit Foster Youth

PLEASANTON, Calif. - May 13, 2024 - PRLog -- Alternative Family Services (AFS) is excited to announce its upcoming charity golf tournament to be held at the Callippe Preserve Golf Course in Pleasanton, CA, on Thursday, May 16, 2024. This special event aims to raise funds to send foster youth to various summer camps, providing them with invaluable experiences and opportunities.

• Location: Callippe Preserve Golf Course, 8500 Clubhouse Dr., Pleasanton, CA 94566
• Driving Range Opens: Sunrise
• Registration Opens: 8:30 AM
• Scramble Shotgun Start: 10:00 AM
• BBQ Awards Dinner and Silent Auction: Follows immediately after golfing.

Participants will enjoy a full day of golfing, beginning with a sunrise warm-up at the driving range, followed by a scramble format tournament starting at 10:00 AM. The event will conclude with a BBQ awards dinner and a silent auction, where attendees can bid on various items, with all proceeds going towards the summer camp fund for foster youth.
Donations are warmly welcomed for those unable to attend but wish to contribute to this noble cause.
