IPD Promotes Ahmed Hassan to Grow International Business Accounts

TORRANCE, Calif. - Feb. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- IPD, the leading aftermarket supplier of high-quality repair and replacement parts for heavy-duty diesel and spark-ignited engines, is proud to announce the promotion of Ahmed Hassan to Director of International Business Development.

"We made this organizational change to support IPD's regional strategies and growth in markets outside the Americas," reported Michael Badar, IPD President. Hassan will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all international sales requirements and activities outside of the Americas for IPD. Currently IPD parts are distributed worldwide in over 110 countries and IPD offers distribution centers in Denmark and Australia in addition to four US-based warehouses.

I am very excited for the new role because it will give me the chance to dedicate the time and effort to understand their needs and help them grow their business," Hassan said about his new position with IPD.

Hassan has worked at IPD since 2010 as a Regional Sales Manger for the Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent out of his office in Cairo, Egypt. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Power and Machine Science.  He has worked many years managing sales teams all over the world, previously for Egyptian International Motors and has completed course work for Cummins Powergen University. Hassan reports directly to Michael Badar.
