Marcella Hvinden honored at Excellence in Community Awards

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 26, 2019 - PRLog -- Marcella Hvinden, Accell Property Management, Inc. president, received Community Associations Institute's Orange County Chapter (CAIOC) president's award from outgoing (CAIOC) president, Shanne Ho.

The president's award is presented to an individual who has brought recognition to the chapter and influenced the current chapter president to achieve a higher degree of excellence. The winner is selected by the chapter president.

Hvinden has been a leader in the homeowner association management industry for more than 22 years.

Hvinden has served on the CAIOC Legislative Support Committee since 2013, won Committee Member of the Year for service in 2015 and currently co-chairs the committee. Hvinden also has participated in CAIOC outreach events.
