Southern Land Company Celebrates Topping Out of Novē at Knox

DALLAS - Feb. 28, 2019 - PRLog -- Southern Land Company (http://www.southernland.com/), a Nashville-based multifamily developer, recently celebrated the topping out of Novē at Knox (https://www.noveatknox.com/nove-at-knox-dallas-tx/), a 310-unit, 19-story luxury multifamily development in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood of Dallas. The development, which averages 285 workers onsite each day, broke ground last spring and is scheduled to open in 2020.

To celebrate the construction milestone, more than 200 construction team members and partners gathered on the 12^th floor of the building to hear remarks from Southern Land Company CEO, Tim Downey, SLC Commercial Construction President, Marty Posthauer and Superintendent, Steve Griffin. Attendees were also treated to lunch and Southern Land Company gave away more than 100 raffle gifts ranging from gift cards to a large flat screen TV.

In partnership with KBS and designed by local firm GDA Architects, Novē at Knox will feature unobstructed views of downtown Dallas. The property will include multiple outdoor amenity spaces including a 10,000-square-foot private open space that connects to McKinney Avenue. This courtyard will feature a dog park and outdoor seating area with grills and fireplace.  In addition, the property will provide luxury amenities including concierge and resident services. The fifth-floor resident amenity area will feature a resort-style pool and private cabanas complete with TVs, a fitness center, flex room and a residents' lounge.

Novē at Knox will consist of 41 junior, 159 one-bedroom and 90 two-bedroom apartment homes. Additionally, there will be 16 penthouses located on floors 18 and 19, some with private terraces which are unique to the market. Residents will have access to several levels of above- and below-ground parking along with some private garage options. Other in-unit amenities include high-efficiency stainless steel appliances, personal washer/dryer, granite countertops and 10-foot ceilings.
