Algoworks celebrated International Women's day

NOIDA, India - March 11, 2019 - PRLog -- March 8 is recognized as the International Women's Day, a day when the entire world celebrates the womanhood in all spheres of life. International Women's Day provides us with a chance to celebrate the accomplishments of women and also reminds us that gender equality remains a significant challenge. On this occasion, Algoworks gave voice to a woman who otherwise might not get a chance to express themselves frankly. The company asked it's female employees to share their experience as a working woman, with an idea to make a video out of it and share it with colleagues, friends, and family with their consent.

Algoworks acknowledged and honored its female employees with a small celebration including food, dance, photo session and a campaign called #WomenOfAlgoworks, where all the female employees of Algoworks were asked to share their experience of working in Algoworks. "Our goal is to provide a safe atmosphere, render equal opportunities and cultivate a congenial work environment for our female employees. To ensure that we are heading in the right direction we started the campaign #WomenOfAlgoworks, and the results are positive," said Sanjukta, the HR Head of Algoworks. On the request of the HR department, review messages collected from the ladies were compiled into a video which was played throughout the day in the reception hall. The attire theme of the day was inspired by a progressive idea #BehenKuchhBhiPehen (translates to 'Sis, wear whatever'). Ladies dressed in their beautiful outfits shook their legs on the music beats and celebrated their day happy and joyous.
