Daughter of WWII survivors tells family story of triumph over tragedy at Regal Palms Senior Living Residence in Largo, FLRoslyn Franken will tell the story of her book, Meant to Be, about her parents' unlikely survival, love and triumph over tragedy as Holocaust and Nagasaki atomic bomb survivors.
