Wild Wolf Brewing Co. Announces Executive Chef Chris Jack is back!

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - April 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Wild Wolf Brewing Company is excited to announce that former Executive Chef Chris Jack is back to join their team! "I'm excited to be back at Wild Wolf Brewing Company. It honestly felt like home when I walked back into the kitchen. I am excited for the opening of our new restaurant in Charlottesville and cannot wait to bring our mission to those in the Charlottesville area." A native Virginian with most of his time spent in Gloucester, Chris Jack brings his unique style of Southern Fusion cuisine to Wild Wolf Brewing Company.

Chris is eager to have the new position as Executive Chef for both locations. This position will enable him to oversee the creative execution at both the Nelson Co. location and Wild Wolf's new Charlottesville location, located just off the downtown mall. Chris stated, "I look forward to collaborating with the entire team and aspiring to take Wild Wolf to new heights." Chris is passionate about creating unique pairings with Wild Wolf's award-winning beer as well as using it as an ingredient.

Wild Wolf Brewing Company is one of just a few mother-son breweries in the country.  The original location is a 10000+ square foot facility situated on ten acres in the heart of Nellysford, VA. The property features a brewpub, housed in a 10+-year-old repurposed schoolhouse, with a new addition that houses the brewery and sports bar. Five auxiliary tobacco barns have been converted into a merch shop and the Event Center. Brewmaster Danny Wolf works with his team daily to create fresh batches of Primal Instinct, Blonde Hunny, Area 151 and a variety of innovative seasonal and specialty beers. Wild Wolf's Nellysford location is open daily from 11:30 am to 10 pm, 11:30 am to 11 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11 am to 10 pm on Sunday and serves a full menu as well as brunch on Sundays, 11 am – 2 pm.
