Jorie Hall - Executive Assistant

Jorie is a Denver native and graduate from the University of Denver. She studied Anthropology and minored in communications as she has a great interest in culture and artistic backgrounds. From her role as Office Concierge at a commercial real estate office, Jorie transitioned into Transaction Management, leading her to an executive assistant position at CJV Real Estate.

Brittany Loan - Broker Associate

Brittany is a 5th generation native to Colorado, holding a degree from Metropolitan State University in Human Services, led her to serve her community through many different avenues. Over the past 15 years, Brittany's many and broad experiences through her work with local nonprofits, startup companies, and her singing career enabled Brittany to connect with her audience, big and small, guiding her to a passion of real estate, design, and a love of working with people. As a broker associate she is committed to providing the best experience possible while having the utmost respect and dignity for everyone she encounters.

Carrol Rhead - Broker Associate

Having grown up both in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver and in the suburban landscape near Parker and can personally attest to the metamorphosis of the entire metropolitan area. Carol's sophisticated understanding of Denver real estate transactions paired with her common sense approach brings a well balanced perspective and skillset to CJV Real Estate. She is particularly attuned to the rapidly changing marketplace and the impacts that it is having on all clientele – from potential first time home buyers to those who are downsizing and seeking alternative resources for assistance in their golden age.

Bridget Fitzpatrick - Broker Associate

Born in Denver and raised in Evergreen, Bridget has witnessed first-hand the immense change and growth that has transformed the area into one of the nation's most sought-after destinations. Returning to Denver after attending the University of Kansas, she pursued a career in nonprofit development for local organizations in the community for more than a decade. Bridget's community network and lifelong area residency leverage her enthusiasm and client dedication by ensuring satisfied clients and referrals.

Patrick Finney - Founding Broker

A Denver realtor with over 16 years industry experience, his Real Estate practice, CJV Real Estate conducts business at a higher level of expertise and integrity while working tirelessly for it's clients. He is a Midwest native, having attended Iowa State University as an undergraduate and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. Patrick has sold over $250,000,000 of real estate and assisted 500+ homeowners in the purchase or sale of their homes in the Denver Area. Most notably, he has been recognized 7x,  5280 Magazine 5 Star Agent Award Winner – awarded to just 6% of all Realtors.
