American Medical Depot Awarded Multiple USAMMA Contracts

MIRAMAR, Fla. - May 21, 2019 - PRLog -- American Medical Depot (AMD), has been awarded two new contracts by the U.S. Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA). Under the USAMMA Contract, American Medical Depot will provide continuous support to USAMMA's Force Sustainment Directorate (FSD) for components and life cycle management of Sets, Kits and Outfits (SKOs) Assemblages worldwide. The SKO $225,000,000 award is a one year, four one-year option, multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

American Medical Depot has also been awarded the USAMMA Blanket Purchase Agreement Repair Parts contract to provide brand name medical equipment repair parts. This is a $20.5M multiple-award contract in support of the Army's Readiness Mission. On a quarterly basis, USAMMA biomedical maintenance engineers perform technical inspections and calibration on biomedical maintenance-significant equipment. This recent spare parts award supports this effort.
