Allison Crouder and her family enjoying the outdoors in Denver, Colorado! Allison and her four children (Bristal 19, Calista 14, Avery 13 & Scarlett 10) enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle in Colorado hiking, skiing and playing sports. She recognized that many individuals, and families, are looking healthier food options, " I also really love the message of this restaurant in that it appeals to Americans who have learned how essential good food choices are. In this day and age, I think this is timed well to introduce an alternative to the burger places. Health, flavor, prevention of obesity, and longevity are important to people so I believe people will be repeat customers in this environment." As a first-time franchise owner, Allison wanted to ensure she found the concept and brand that was right for her, "I am totally new to franchising, and am currently a single parent with 4 children...I had several questions and concerns to try and garner information if this was a smart decision for me. On every front, those questions were met professionally and in a way that was very explanative as to how franchising works. I have already learned so much from the Mahana staff and know more education is coming my direction that further fuels my excitement and will keep things from getting stale."
