![]() Mahana Fresh Welcomes Ryan MorttiBy: Mahana Fresh Ryan is no stranger to the industry, spending years developing some of the most successful McDonald's restaurants in Tampa Bay. He got his first job with McDonald's at the age of 14 and was quickly promoted to a shift manager. He later became an assistant store manager before graduating high school. Ryan took over as a general manager of his first location at 21 years old and was promoted again to the general manager of the second highest volume McDonald's in the state of Florida. With his team of 135 employees and 20 managers, Ryan was able to increase the sales of that one restaurant over $5.5 Million! With the goal of owning his own restaurants, Ryan knew he needed to raise capital for his next venture. He started flipping houses, completing over 40 projects in just two years and the timing could not have been better. Ryan connected with the local area representative for Mahana, Logan Hand, and saw the opportunity for this type of concept, "I saw the healthy concept that the brand is focused around and I believe this is what the world is looking for in this day and age. I think to have the opportunity to help pioneer this concept is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I want to be a part of it." Logan recognized that Ryan's background and his character would make him a great fit as one of the first franchisees in the area. Logan introduced Ryan to the executive team at Mahana, who saw the same potential and together they worked with Ryan through his investigation. Just over a month after making the introduction Ryan signed his franchise agreement for his first restaurant. With the support of Logan and corporate team, Ryan plans to expand to multiple locations across Florida! We look forward to announcing his first of many locations later this year. End
