By: Loop AI Labs On Monday, May 27th, the Loop Q PRIZE opens the Final Challenge Round of the Loop AI Labs sponsored university competition. The competition will be judged by a highly acclaimed panel of judges who have gained decades of pioneering experience in the research and teaching of artificial intelligence technologies, together with the young innovator and student perspective. The Judging Panel is: • Massimo Beccaria, PhD, Managing Director at Alfa Technologies International, Polihub Milano • Domenico Ursino, PhD, Full Professor at Università Politecnica delle Marche • Matteo Cristani, PhD, Assistant Professor and Researcher at Università di Verona • Patrick Ehlen, PhD, Chief Scientist at Loop AI Labs • Alberto Pirovano, Machine Learning Engineer at Helixa AI Dr. Ursino, Full Professor at Università Politecnica delle Marche, notes: "As an expert, I am very enthusiastic about cognitive computing that I believe is one of the areas of information technology that will develop the most in the future. Having the opportunity to collaborate with Loop Q PRIZE in identifying new ideas and young scientists who can lead to important developments in this sector is an honor and a pleasure for me." Each judge will review participant entries on: the innovativeness of the solution, its practical feasibility, its execution, and, most importantly, its capability to advance the field of cognitive computing. The Loop Q PRIZE Advisory Panel that has been instrumental in fine-tuning the competition consists of luminaries and strategists who are working on the themes that are robustly anchored in the future. The Advisory Panel consists of: • Paolo Benanti, PhD, Professor of Ethics and Bio-Ethics at Pontifical Gregorian University • Tom Davenport, PhD, Distinguished Professor of Analytics at Babson, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School, and Boston University • Davide Casaleggio, President at Casaleggio Associati • Alfredo Garibaldi, Analytics & Cognitive Country Leader at Deloitte • Rocco Corridoni, Director, Fashion & Retail at Lutech • Andrea Pitrone, Chief Customer Success Officer at Loop AI Labs Loop AI Labs, a Silicon Valley company ranked as the leading provider of unsupervised cognitive computing technologies for intelligent automation solutions, sponsors the Loop Q PRIZE. The competition was created to recognize students as change-makers who can accelerate organizations' adoption of intelligent automation to benefit their country's competitiveness and GDP. The Loop Q PRIZE competition, culminating in three winning individuals or pairs, will announce the winners on July 5th at an Award Ceremony in Milan, Italy.
