Stevens Construction begins Eagle View Professional Park #3

NAPLES, Fla. - June 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Stevens Construction has started construction of Eagle View Professional Park #3, a Class A, two-story 20,400-square-foot building located at 2500 Goodlette Frank Road in Naples, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Stevens Construction is also providing construction management services for a 15,000-square-foot interior build-out within the Eagle View building for a state-of-the-art, new Naples location of Frantz EyeCare. Stevens Construction is currently providing pre-construction services for Frantz EyeCare during the design, preparing recommendations and constructability reviews to ensure that the project can be achieved within their budget and schedule.

The Stevens Construction team includes Mike Brooks, project manager; Jeff Hollis, superintendent; and Rebeccah Hamilton, project administrator. The building shell was designed by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects. The Frantz EyeCare interior build-out is being designed by Southview Studios.

The building shell is slated for completion in December 2019, with Frantz EyeCare to be complete in January 2020.
