Centilytics introduces their first Android app and some new major integrations

ITSM (Information Technology Service Management): Centilytics integrates the most widely used ticketing services Freshdesk and Freshservice. These services will help in the process of improvement and management of the IT services that are offered by an organization to their end users.

Freshdesk: Centilytics integrates Freshdesk so the user can monitor the status of their tickets at one place. This integration also provides the status of raised tickets to the customers of users.

Freshservice: They have also integrated the Freshservice that adds the capabilities that can show the status of raised tickets directly into the console to the user and their customer.

Reservation Recommendation 2.0: Centilytics has fastened the screws of its recommendation algorithms to provide more intelligent and accurate insights into reservation of services such as EC2, RDS, Redshift and Dynamo DB.

To make every penny worth it, users can now see RI utilization and wastage based on normalization factor for their services like RDS and EC2. This will help the user to save more and capitalize their reservation units.

Reservation Utilization 2.0: New upgrade will allow the users to track their hours of utilization and how many hours they had wasted of their RI coupon. This service also works with the normalization factor.

User-Friendly Reporting Module: Centilytics provide more than 500 tag based customizable reports that can be shared on multiple channels. This will enhance the user experience of reporting. Users now can generate and share the reports on the multiple mediums in just a few clicks.

White Labelling:  For rebranding purpose, they have introduced White labelling for their customers. This feature will allow the user to offer the Centilytics services to their own customer under their own branding. This feature provides control over logos, URL and look & feel of Centilytics console.

Sub-Domain: Centilytics takes the customization of a Cloud Management Platform to a whole new level by allowing them to create own sub-domain with a custom URL name and logo.
