The Buzzards of the Buttery Inn

LUBBOCK, Texas - June 25, 2019 - PRLog -- The Buttery Inn is especially famous for its carnivorous menu, but the King and Queen of Southerby Gardens are soon to arrive and the Buzzards must figure out how to reinvent the Inn to accommodate their non-carnivorous guests.

Gertie Buzzard and her six grandchildren run The Buttery Inn. The Buttery Inn is famous for its meaty cuisine and fine accommodations, and each year, The Buttery Inn wins the prestigious Comfy Award of Thistlepin Woods. Carnivores from near and far have to make reservations at least two years in advance to stay there. One day, a letter arrives via special delivery informing Gertie Buzzard and her grandchildren that the King and Queen of Southerby Gardens will be visiting. This poses an immediate crisis as the King and Queen are herbivores! The Buzzards have no choice but to quickly reinvent The Buttery Inn to welcome their royal guests while still living up to the Inn's award-winning standards.

Alvina and Alexis are a mother-daughter team of omnivores who reside in Washington, DC.  When Alvina is not busy writing her next children's book, she spends her free time loving her husband, four children, and one rascal Parson Russell Terrier.  When Alexis is not hard at work drawing, she indulges in performing in plays and musicals, gardening, and playing with one rascal Parson Russell Terrier.
