The Parks Bell Ranch Community: Grand opening for Latitude 31 Apartment Homes

ODESSA, Texas - June 27, 2019 - PRLog -- Weidner Apartment Homes has started Construction on its newest apartment community in The Parks Bell Ranch neighborhood at 6900 Cross B Road.

The first development phase of a two-phase project is to be completed in October of 2019.

Latitude 31's apartment community will be 326 units. The apartments are 3-story flats with both tuck under and free-standing garages. Amenities include multiple Pools, Club Room/Café, Fitness Area and a number of BBQ Stations.

Weidner Apartment Homes was founded in 1977 and bought its first apartment community in the Texas region in 1996. Weidner is committed to providing quality apartment home living for all of its residents.

According to Weidner, the final Phase of the Latitude 31 apartment homes community is planned and will be 296 units with a projected end date of January 2021.
