Historic Cottage Renovation Earns Chrysalis Award for Scott Wilson Architect, LLC

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - July 2, 2019 - PRLog -- Scott Wilson Architect LLC, scottwilsonarchitect.com, an award-winning boutique architect firm, today announced one of its projects has been named a Regional Award Winner in the Residential Historic Renovation category of the 2019 Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence.

The award-winning project, a 1950's cottage renovation, delivered an open floor plan, privacy and yard space—all requirements for the homeowner's growing family. The challenges included the home's smaller lot size on a busy street, along with the Franklin Historic Commission's requirements that the proportions, style and character of the existing structure are preserved.
