The Ridge Apartments added to Sapphire Partners Portfolio

NEW YORK - July 2, 2019 - PRLog -- Sapphire Partners has added a 75 unit multifamily community in Gastonia, NC named The Ridge Apartments into its owned portfolio. The property, originally built in the 1970s, serves the Western Charlotte and is positioned as a value-add investment for Sapphire.
