Autumn Brook Apartments added to Sapphire Partners Managed Portfolio

NEW YORK - June 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Sapphire Partners, in partnership with DJE Texas Management Group, has added a 124 unit multifamily community in San Antonio, TX named Autumn Brook Apartments into its managed portfolio. The property, originally built in the 1970s, serves the northern corridor of Greater San Antonio and is positioned as a value-add investment for Sapphire and DJE.
