Metroplex Premier League Division 1 Pro Amateur

DALLAS - Aug. 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Based in Rowlett (Tex.), Roma Ignis FC will begin play in the MPL Division 1 Pro Amateur, and will host its home games a (TBD) in compliance with MPL Minimum Standards.

Metroplex Premier League President Guadalupe Echeverria said, "We're excited to get the League started with a Club that has been building roots around Dallas Soccer Community, and we're pleased to welcome Roma Ignis FC as its Founding Member. The Roma Ignis FC ownership is solid, and the DFW market has already proven to be a soccer hotbed. We wish Roma Ignis FC the best as it prepares to kick off with the 2019 Fall Season."

Ben Brannigan is Owner for Roma Ignis Futbol Club. Ben has been part of youth soccer in Dallas-Fort Worth Dallas Roma. He continues to build a platform for players to gain opportunity in high competitive area tournaments for Roma Ignis FC.

Julio Castro is the Head Coach for Roma Ignis Futbol Club. Who recently has them competing at high level tournaments such as "Adult Summer Tournament "presented by Heineken played from August 9 thru 11, in which Roma Ignis FC reached the Quarter Finals, where they lost against a tough club Real D'FAZ 0 to 3.

The club will host tryouts and soon will announce its upcoming MPL Schedule.

Founded 2018 Roma Ignis FC is a soccer club currently based in Rowlett, Tex., and a new member of the Metroplex Premier League. Roma Ignis FC plays in the MPL Pro Amateur Division 1. And also will build a second club in Amateur Division 3.

Metroplex Premier League

The MPL was formed in 2019 and currently awaiting Founding Members and accepting Dallas Fort Worth Area Clubs to Join Fall Season 2019. Each MPL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining either MPL minimum standards.

MPL is pending sanctioning from US Adult Soccer Association(USASA) via US Club Soccer(USCS).
