Hy-Vee Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Aug. 15, 2019 - PRLog -- Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach of Hy-Vee. If you completed a credit card transaction at Hy-Vee fuel pumps, drive-thru coffee shops, or restaurants, then your information may have been part of this data breach.

Hy-Vee announced on August 14, 2019, that it is investigating a security incident involving its payment processing systems that process transactions at some Hy-Vee fuel pumps, drive-thru coffee shops, and restaurants.

Hy-Vee detected unauthorized activity on some of its payment processing systems: fuel pumps, drive-thru coffee shops, and restaurants (which include our Market Grilles, Market Grille Expresses and the Wahlburgers locations that Hy-Vee owns and operates).
