Keith will be responsible for leading CCG's sales and marketing organization, providing leadership, direction, and an executive vision to ensure alignment with the company's strategic and financial goals.

Prior to that, Hatley held various leadership positions at PAETEC, airBand, Allegiance Telecom and MFS Communications.
