First of its Kind Certification to Help People with Autism

LATHAM, N.Y. - Sept. 30, 2019 - PRLog -- There's no other education certification like this in the world! For too long, physical training for people with autism has been ignored; with more focus on their cognitive abilities than their physical fitness levels.  Now that's all changed.

This workshop helps participants explore Autism – the medical history, symptoms, and evidence-based strategies to overcome known developmental deficits, plus unique ways to adapt fitness programming to meet these unique needs. Eric Chessen's Autism Fitness Certification is the culmination of more than a decade of testing implementing, and refinement of Fitness programming strategies.

Ring Around The Spectrum in Latham, NY will be hosting this Autism Fitness Level 1 Certification providing two full days of conceptual and hands-on learning.
