SPRINGFIELD, Va. - Oct. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Springfield, Virginia: Party Depot announced its best selling costumes for 2019.  Scare seems to be the theme with the Delightful Devil, our Carneveil Girls Costumes and Pee Wee Herman has made a comeback for adults.  We sell thousands of customers but the days of being pretty and sexy seem to be in decline and replaced by the rise of recent scary movies and TV shows. The "it series" created a costume frenzy of different vendors supplying costumes, even though the franchise did not create a child's costumes other venders created secondary versions like the Carnevil boys and girls costumes that sold out overnight in stores.
