Epcylon Technologies Inc. Changes its name to QuantGate Systems Inc

TORONTO - Nov. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- Epcylon Technologies Inc, (OTC PINK: PRFC) ("Epcylon" or the "Company") a technology company that develops retail and institutional fintech products and services, announces today that it has registered for a name change to QuantGate Systems Inc. The name change for trading purposes will take effect after approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).  The Company will file shortly with FINRA for such approval.

The decision to rebrand under QuantGate Systems Inc. will better reflect the Company's planned advanced artificial intelligence solutions offerings. The Company has developed proprietary machine learning and AI technologies which will be gradually rolled out to the trading community.

Epcylon is also pleased to announce that it has commenced the process to update its financials and disclosure filings on the OTC Markets website, and has begun to assemble a new management team and Board of Directors. It is expected that, once in place, this new team of professionals will allow the Company to achieve global exposure for its suite of institutional and retail products. The Company will be making further announcements in this respect in the near term.
