By: REDLINE "We're super-excited to be releasing 'Gods And Monsters," said Kez Taylor (vocals). It's been a long time coming, and things have changed a bit since our last album, and I think it shows how we have evolved as a band. It features a darker sound while still maintaining the REDLINE trademark vocal style and guitar riffs. If you like no bullshit, honest heavy rock with power-vocals, thundering rhythms and soaring guitars, then you'll love 'Gods And Monsters' " This album also sees the arrival of new guitar player Chris Basener, who in addition to having released albums as an instrumental solo artist, got involved with the song writing from the outset. After a period of pre-production with the tracks, the band chose Rockfield Studios in Monmoth, Wales, as the perfect location to record 'Gods And Monster'. Rockfield has a rich history as the premier studio of choice for legendary bands and artists such as Black Sabbath, Rush, Robert Plant, Oasis and of course Queen, who recorded large parts of 'A Night At The Opera', including Bohemian Rhapsody, here. REDLINE appointed Nick Brine as producer for 'Gods And Monsters, who has worked with many great bands including, The Darkness, Tyketto and Thunder. The album has been mastered by Peter Maher, a world-renowned mastering engineer for artists such as U2, Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails and The Rolling Stones, amongst others. Availability Gods And Monsters is available worldwide on the Escape Music label: Cat No: ESM337 from November 22. 2019.
