Imarticus Learning and ObserveNow host an invite-only round table discussion on the future of L&D

MUMBAI, India - Nov. 27, 2019 - PRLog -- Imarticus Learning and ObserveNow organized an invite-only round table discussion at the Trident Hotel, Gurgaon on November 15, 2019, to assemble industry experts and thought leaders in the field of learning and development.

The aim of this round table discussion was to brainstorm the future of L&D where the HR and L&D heads from top companies in the country like Canon, Genpact, RBS and Aegis Global shared their valuable insights. The discussion among the gathered industry experts focussed on the various aspects of the L&D landscape such as: embracing AI, learner-centric pedagogy and design and leveraging analytics in L&D.

Touching upon intricate topics such as the immersive L&D technologies, gamification in L&D, social and collaborative learning, adaptive and personalized learning, L&D analytics and AI and machine learning for learning and development, the event marked a successful exchange of ideas and employable approaches and policies.

The round table began with an effective networking session with high tea, followed by a 3-hour closed-door event and an interactive one-hour discussion amidst the fifteen industry leaders. The round table discussion was moderated to encourage dialogue across all the topics and Imarticus tried to understand the changing needs of the industry and provide effective solutions.

The event rife with the exchange of ideas and practical approaches was a great success.
