Follow on Google News | CGR Welcomes New CFO, Kelly GloverBy: CGR Kelly Glover will be responsible for CGR's key finance and administration activities. Ms. Glover has over 30 years of financial leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining CGR, Ms. Glover served for 12 years as Chief Financial Officer for Flower City Habitat for Humanity, Inc. in Rochester, New York. Before that, she served the Anthony L. Jordan Health Center in Rochester, New York as Financial Analyst, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She is a certified executive leadership coach and a notary public. "We are very lucky to have recruited Kelly to join our team," said Erika Rosenberg, CGR's President & CEO. "Her years of nonprofit experience and commitment to increasing clarity, transparency and accountability in our financial and data management will bring huge benefits." Ms. Glover's volunteer work includes serving as a board member for the Volunteers of America Upstate New York. Past board service includes school board member for the Gates Chili Central School District for 10 years, Baden Street Settlement, YWCA Rochester & Monroe County, Imagine Me Community Outreach. Ms. Glover also serves as a Trustee at her church. Kelly replaces former CGR CFO Susan Barnes, who served the organization with distinction for 15 years.
