A New Decade, A New Law Firm, A New Beginning

MIAMI - Dec. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- 2019 was another great year for Private Advising Group PA.   We continued to focus on "doing fewer things better" for our clients.  In the past year  Private Advising Group was named:

         Latin American Venture Capital Law Firm of the Year in Florida

         US - Private Equity Law Firm of the Year

         Venture Capital Law Firm of the Year

         US (FL) - Overall Law Firm of the Year

And our lawyers were similarly recognized :

         US (FL) - Complex Cross-Border Law Lawyer of the Year, Lizbeth Flores

         US (FL) - Corporate/M&A Lawyer of the Year, Juan Pablo Cappello

We started Private Advising Group PA six years ago.  As we head into new a decade, it is time for positive change.  Effective January 1, 2020 Lizbeth Flores, Patricia Acosta and Juan Pablo Cappello will launch their new firm as equal partners, PAG LAW PLLC.

PAG.LAW PLLC is a brand new law firm with an enhanced full service mission.  While PAG LAW will not focus on growth per se, we are adding strategic expertise to practice areas that are important to our clients, including in our intellectual property and real estate teams.  (Private Advising Group PA will continue to operate independently and focus on other legal work.)

We are excited to continue to work together in 2020.  If you are a client of Private Advising Group PA, you of course have the right to choose your law firm.  Unless we hear otherwise, we will transfer your files effective January 1, 2020 to PAG LAW PLLC and ask you to sign a new engagement letter with the new law firm.  If you would like us to retain another counsel, simply write us at jp@private-advising.com and we will facilitate a smooth transition to your new counsel.
