EATONTOWN, N.J. - Dec. 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Andrew Darlow, a Piscataway, NJ-based photographer, author and educator has built a new website, Teekee.org, to honor the memory of Teekee, a Monroe Township dog who recently passed away at 15 years of age.

The website features photographs of Teekee with a number of support options, from how to donate directly, to how to purchase prints or portrait sessions.

Andrew Darlow had this to say about the project: "I decided to build www.Teekee.org to honor the memory of Teekee and to also encourage people to consider supporting the Monmouth County SPCA. I feel fortunate to have photographed Teekee many times over the last decade, and I wanted to do what I could to help make a positive difference in the lives of other animals."

Teekee's "Mom" Jayne added these comments: "Since losing Teekee, my heart has been broken. She was very special to me and touched the hearts of so many other people and pets. I feel very fortunate that Andrew Darlow has created Teekee.org to help pets in need. I requested that all donations be made to the Monmouth County SPCA because of the wonderful work they do and also due to Teekee's involvement with their pet therapy program. I hope that Teekee's story and spirit will help to inspire others to donate to this very worthwhile project."

Unfortunately, Monmouth County SPCA is closed until the beginning of January, 2020, due to a number of their dogs contracting the K9 Flu. Fortunately, the dogs are getting better every day, but due to being closed for nearly a month, the shelter has faced a "devastating loss in revenue," as explained in a recent update.

To view the website, visit www.Teekee.org, and to learn more about Monmouth County SPCA, including their Thrift Store, which remains open while the MCSPCA is closed, visit www.monmouthcountyspca.org.
